FINO.TR is a revenue intelligence and price advisory platform developed for hotels. It lets you track competitor prices, see market trends and guest insights, and get high-accuracy price recommendations with Rate Advisor. Price control always stays with you.

Hotels of all sizes, from boutique hotels to chain hotels, can use FINO.TR. It's especially ideal for hotels operating in competitive markets who want to base their pricing strategy on data.

FINO.TR regularly tracks your competitor hotels' prices and, together with your PMS data, analyzes them to provide justified price recommendations via Rate Advisor. You review the recommendations and make the call and apply it yourself.

Competitor prices are automatically updated multiple times a day. You can track instant changes and examine historical price trends.

You can try the system after your application is approved. Contact our team for detailed information.
Pricing

FINO.TR offers different plans based on hotel size and needs: Starter (small hotels), Professional (growing hotels), and Enterprise (hotel chains). Fill out our application form for detailed pricing.

Depending on your plan, you can track 3-10 competitor hotels. Unlimited competitor tracking is available on Enterprise plans.

You can add 2 users on the Starter plan and 5 users on the Professional plan. Enterprise plans have unlimited user support.
Technical

FINO.TR imports your reservation data from various PMS systems (Protel, etc.) for analysis and collects competitor prices automatically. We are not a channel manager; we do not send prices or availability to channels.

Currently, our main data source is Booking.com. This platform is the largest and most reliable price reference in the hotel industry. Other OTAs will be added in the future.

Our web platform is mobile-friendly, you can access it from your browser. Our mobile app is also under development.

All your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers. Your data is not shared with third parties.
Demand & Flight Intelligence

We track daily flight arrivals into Turkey's major airports (Istanbul, Sabiha Gökçen, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya) as well as the planned flight schedule for the next 30 days. We split these flights into domestic and international by origin and turn them into a city-level demand signal.

No. Flight and demand data is decision support only: it appears in Rate Advisor V2 recommendations as date-level demand badges and AI rationale. We never change your price automatically — the decision and the action are always yours.

The demand signal is adjusted for the day type (weekday/weekend) and added alongside the recommendation as context. That way you can see the dates where demand is strengthening next to your recommendation and base your pricing decision on firmer ground.

We provide support on weekdays from 09:00-18:00 (Turkey time). For emergencies, you can reach us 24/7 by email.

Yes, we provide online training to each new customer. You can also access detailed user guides from within the system.

You can start using the system within 1 business day after your application is approved. Setup including competitor definition and room mapping takes approximately 30 minutes.
