When you visit our website, technical data such as browser type, language preference, pages visited and anonymized usage statistics may be processed. If you complete a demo/contact form, data you provide such as name, email and hotel details are processed.
Our site uses strictly necessary cookies (e.g. language preference) and consent-based analytics cookies. Necessary cookies are required for the site to function. We use Microsoft Clarity to improve the usability of our site. Clarity measures click, scroll and navigation behaviour in the form of heatmaps and anonymized session recordings. It runs only on our marketing site (fino.tr); it is not included in the customer panel (app.fino.tr). Text you type into form fields and sensitive content is masked in the recordings. On our Videos page (fino.tr/videolar) the thumbnails of the videos on our channel are loaded from Google (YouTube) servers; when you open the page your IP address and browser information are therefore sent to Google. The video player itself loads only when you click the play button and runs through the privacy-enhanced embed address (youtube-nocookie.com).
